Sixth death anniversary of legendary Radio and TV artist Qazi Wajid was observed on Sunday. Qazi Wajid started his career from Radio Pakistan and remained associated with the national broadcaster for 25 years. Some of his famous dramas included Taleem-e-Baalighan, Khuda ki Basti, Tanhaiaan, Kiran Kahani, Shama, Mirza Ghalib Bandar Road Per, Hawwa ki Beti and Dhoop Kinaray. Qazi Wajid was awarded Pride of Performance for his services in the field of performing arts. He passed away in Karachi on this day in 2018. Source: Radio Pakistan
