Governor Punjab Muhammad Baligh ur Rehman has urged civil officers and bureaucrats to treat people with good manners and work according to rules and regulations.

Addressing the participants of 31st senior management course in Lahore on Thursday, he said bureaucracy has a key role in the development of the country.

He said officers should keep the teachings of Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal in mind, while making decisions. He said economic development in the country is directly linked with political stability.
