Pakistan Navy seizes 1000 kg of hashish

Pakistan Navy has seized one thousand kilogram of hashish during a successful anti-narcotics operation.

According to a spokesperson of Pakistan Navy, PNS Shamsheer participated in the operation.

The value of the seized drugs in the global market is about 90 million rupees.

The Spokesperson said the successful operation against drug trafficking is the result of effective surveillance of Pakistan Navy in the Sea.

Federal Minister for Human Rights Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada has taken charge of his responsibilities.

Upon arriving his office in Islamabad on Wednesday, he was warmly welcome by the Ministry officials.

Federal Secretary Ministry of Human Rights Inamullah Khan briefed the Minister about the working of the Ministry.

Faisal Subzwari lauds Pakistan Navy’s role for maritime development, security

Minister for Maritime Affairs Faisal Ali Subzwari and Naval Chief Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi at a meeting in Islamabad on Wednesday discussed matters pertaining to maritime affairs.

The Naval Chief, in his remarks, alluded to the maritime potential of Pakistan and underlined the need for its full exploitation.

The Naval Chief also apprised the Minister of the role of Pakistan Navy in the development and security of maritime.

The Federal Minister commended Pakistan Navy’s role for maritime development and security.
