Colombo:Karate athlete Shams ul Arifeen from Peshawar has achieved remarkable success, earning both gold and silver medals at the South Asia Full Contact Karate Championship in Sri Lanka. According to Radio Pakistan, Shams ul Arifeen secured the gold medal in the Individual Kaata fighting category, showcasing his exceptional skills. Additionally, Shams ul Arifeen won a silver medal in the Kumite fighting category, further contributing to his notable achievements at the championship.
