Minister for Human Rights Riaz Hussain Pirzada inaugurated the Orthopedic Workshop at National Special Education Centre for Physically Handicapped Children in Islamabad on Wednesday.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that Persons with Disabilities are facing the challenges of accessibility, empowerment, rehabilitation and inclusion.
He said it is the duty of state to bring Persons with Disabilities into the main stream by making them fruitful members of the society.
