Islamabad: Professor Rukhsana Yaqub, mother of Shaheed Lieutenant Nasir Hussain Khalid Sulehria, has said that Pakistan's martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the fight against terrorism are a source of national pride and their sacrifices will always be remembered. She stated this in an exclusive interview with Radio Pakistan's correspondent Qasim Bukhari on the occasion of International Day of Remembrance and Tribute to the Victims of Terrorism.

According to Radio Pakistan, Professor Rukhsana Yaqub emphasized that Pakistan has rendered unparalleled sacrifices in the fight against terrorism and has consistently demonstrated resilience, courage, and unity in confronting the menace. She highlighted the importance of acquainting the younger generation with the sacrifices of the martyrs, ensuring that their legacy continues to inspire.

Professor Yaqub reaffirmed that the entire nation stands united against terrorism. She expressed confidence that the sacrifices of the martyrs will continue to inspire future generations to uphold peace, security, and national unity.
