New delhi: The IMF, in its annual report, has given India a “C grade,” ranking it the second lowest.
According to Radio Pakistan, a “C grade” indicates that there are shortcomings in Indian data, emphasizing that these flaws in India’s economic data create obstacles in the monitoring of the economy.
The IMF also pointed out a significant technical flaw in the lack of quarterly adjustments to India’s economic data.
As per the IMF, the method used by the Indian government to calculate GDP based on income has been repeatedly criticized by experts.
The IMF’s revelations have exposed the facade of India’s economy built on artificial data, unraveling the incompetence of Modi’s government.
