Islamabad: The Ambassadors and diplomats of various countries in Pakistan called on President Asif Ali Zardari at the President House in Islamabad on Saturday. They exchanged Eid-ul-Adha greetings with the President.
According to Radio Pakistan, the President expressed his gratitude to the ambassadors for participating in the Eid-ul-Azha festivities. The gathering was a significant opportunity for diplomats to engage with the Pakistani leadership during the celebrations.
Members of the National Assembly and Senate from the Pakistan People’s Party were also in attendance, marking the occasion with their presence. The event highlighted the importance of diplomatic relations and cultural exchange during one of the major religious festivals in the country.
