Rawalpindi: The fifty-eighth death anniversary of Kashmiri leader Raees-ul-Ahrar Quaid-e-Millat Chaudhary Ghulam Abbas is being observed today.
According to Radio Pakistan, various seminars and functions are set to take place across educational institutions in the valley to commemorate the leader’s contributions. The main event is scheduled to be held at the mausoleum of the late leader in Faizabad, Rawalpindi.
Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Faisal Mumtaz Rathore is expected to participate in the ceremonies by laying a floral wreath at Quaid Millat’s grave and offering Fateh, marking a solemn tribute to the leader’s enduring legacy.
