In Peshawar, locals distributed sweets and expressed happiness over the emergency measures designed to restore law and order, referring to the event as a 'Youm-e-Najat' from the PTI government. Similar celebratory scenes occurred in Dera Ismail Khan and Bannu, where people enthusiastically welcomed the federal government's decision.

Residents view this development as the start of a new era of peace and stability throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
