Islamabad, In a significant development for education in Islamabad, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has sanctioned a 10-acre plot in Zone IV for the establishment of the Danish Schools System. The decision was made public on March 15, marking a pivotal step toward enhancing educational facilities in the federal capital, particularly for children from rural areas.

According to Zameen.Com, the CDA board, under the chairmanship of Captain (r) Anwarul Haq, approved the Federal Education Ministry's proposal during a special session. The approval underscores the authority's commitment to bolstering education in Islamabad, with the Danish Schools System poised to play a critical role in providing quality learning experiences to underprivileged children. The initiative aligns with broader efforts to improve educational access and standards in the region.

In parallel, the CDA is also advancing infrastructure improvements in the city. The engineering wing is actively involved in constructing new footpaths in Sector I-8, enhancing pedestrian access and safety. This project, valued at PKR 14 million, is being executed through various contracted services, further indicating the CDA's dedication to urban development and public welfare.
