Sikh Yatrees attended the death anniversary of Guru Arjan Dev Ji at Gurdwara Dera Sahib in Lahore today. Provincial Minister for Minorities, Ramesh Singh Arora was also present. Speaking on the occasion, Provincial Minister said that followers of all religion enjoy complete religious freedom in Pakistan. He said that Indian Yatrees are returning to India with a message of love and peace. The Minister said that during their stay in Pakistan, Indian Yatrees were facilitated in best possible way. FC Balochistan South rendering valuable services in field of education

FC Balochistan South is rendering valuable services in the field of education in Balochistan. According to the details, currently, ten FC Public Schools are being run under the auspices of FC Balochistan South in which 561 students are being provided free education. Hostel facilities are also being provided free of cost to 87 students from remote areas of the province. A special children's school of its kind has been established for special children in Kharan district, in which 45 special children are currently studying. Over two hundred teachers and 90 administrative staff are working in these schools under the auspices of FC Balochistan, which is also an effective source of employment for the educated people of the local population. Pakistan, Azerbaijan vow to support each other at multilateral forums

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif held a telephonic conversation today with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha. The two dignitaries exchanged Eid greetings and expressed their best wishes for the people of both countries on this auspicious occasion. They also prayed for unity, peace and prosperity of the Muslim Ummah. During the telephone conversation, the two leaders reviewed recent developments in bilateral relations, especially in the domain of trade, defence and energy. They expressed satisfaction on the positive trajectory of relations and agreed to continue working closely to further strengthen bilateral ties to match the political goodwill that exists between both countries. In addition, they also discussed ways to deal with common challenges, especially climate change. The Prime Minister congratulated Azerbaijan for hosting the COP29 in Baku later this year and thanked President Aliyev for extending a personal invitation to him to partic ipate in the event. Both leaders reaffirmed that Pakistan and Azerbaijan would continue to support each other at multilateral forums including at the United Nations, OIC and ECO. The leaders particularly appreciated the firm and consistent support that both countries extend to each other on their respective core issues. The Prime Minister also reiterated his warm and cordial invitation to President Aliyev to undertake an official visit to Pakistan soon. Steps underway for welfare of lawyers: Azam Tarar

Minister for Law, Justice, and Human Rights Azam Nazeer Tarar has said the government is taking steps for the welfare of lawyers. Addressing a check distribution ceremony at the Punjab Bar Council in Lahore, he lauded lawyers' pivotal role in national politics, stressing to uphold dignity of their noble profession.
