Security forces kill 23 terrorists in separate operations in KP

Twenty three terrorists were killed by the security forces in three separate operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. According to ISPR, an intelligence based operation was conducted in Hassan Khel area of Peshawar District on Sunday, where six terrorists were successfully neutralized by the security forces and multiple hideouts were busted. Captain Hussain Jehangir and Havildar Shafiq Ullah also embraced Shahadat in the operation, while fighting gallantly. In another operation conducted in Tank District today, own troops effectively engaged terrorists' location, as a result of which ten terrorists were killed. The third engagement occurred in Bagh area of Khyber District during which seven terrorists were eliminated and two others injured. However, during the intense exchange of fire, five brave soldiers including Naik Muhammad Ashfaq Butt, Lance Naik Syed Danish Afkar, Sepoy Taimoor Malik, Sepoy Nadir Sageer and Sepoy Muahmmad Yasin, having fought gallantly, embraced Shahadat. A large quantity of weapons, amm unition and explosives was also recovered from the killed terrorists, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities against the security forces as well as the innocent civilians. Sanitization operations are being carried out to eliminate any other terrorist found in the area. ECC approves over Rs4billion for various ministries, divisions

The Economic Coordination Committee has approved over four billion rupees for various ministries and divisions. The ECC, which met in Islamabad today with Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb in the chair, allowed 2.363 million rupees for the payment of troops, costs and subsistence allowance. It also nodded 200 million rupees for the Intelligence Bureau Division and19.373 million rupees for the Ministry of Law and Justice. The Committee approved 4,050.686 million rupees for SUPARCO to meet the requirements of the project titled "Pakistan Multi-Mission Communication Satellite System". Furthermore, the ECC allowed SNGPL based plants to operate for a period of six months starting from 31st March till 30th September this year to ensure smooth supply of urea fertilizer for Kharif season. Masood commends S.Africa’s support for Palestinians’ rights

Pakistan's Ambassador to the US Masood Khan has said the world considers South Africa as a standard bearer of rights of Palestinians. Addressing an event in Baltimore, he called for immediate and permanent ceasefire and relief for the people of Gaza. He urged the United States to demonstrate leadership to ensure that two-state solution becomes a reality. Masood Khan commended the Islamic Circle of North America for its role in promoting unity and harmony across the globe. He said ICNA's influence extends beyond the US borders, with chapters present in North America and around the world. He praised ICNA's efforts to foster connections between communities and faiths. Captain, soldier martyred in Hassan Khel IBO laid to rest

Captain Hussain Jahangir Shaheed and Havaldar Shafiq Ullah Shaheed martyred during intelligence-based operation against terrorists in Hassan Khel area of Peshawar district have been buried with full military honors in their native areas. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi performed the ground breaking of Mobeen Cottages project, the homes for families of martyrs, in Rawalpindi today. At the ceremony, the Interior Minister distributed allotment letters of plots to the families of Islamabad police martyrs. Speaking on the occasion, he said it is our responsibility to take care of the families of martyrs. He said this project is not a favour to the families of the martyrs but it is their right.
