Controversial Youtuber Adil Raja loses defamation case in British court

Controversial Youtuber Major Retired Adil Raja has lost a defamation case in a British court. According to the details, the Youtuber Adil Raja has been fined ten thousand pounds by the British Court. A UK High Court Judge rejected all his applications including his application to stay a defamation trial progressing against him by former senior military officer Brigadier Retired Rashid Naseer. The judge ruled that Youtuber Adil Raja has published words which were seriously defamatory of Rashid Naseer in nine publications on social media sites YouTube, Facebook and X. Judge Richard Spearman ruled that Adil Farooq Raja should pay 5,000 pounds to the now retired Brigadier for the rejected application to stay the defamation trial. The judge also ordered Adil Raja to pay a further interim payment on account of costs in the sum of 5,000 pounds for the failed security for costs application. President, PM express commitment to provide all facilities to Sikh Yatrees

Celebrations to mark the Sikh community's Baisakhi festival and Khalsa Day have begun. The main event in this connection was held at Gurudwara Panja Sahib in Hassan Abdal. Thousands of Sikh pilgrims from all over the world including India are participating in the event. President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif have felicitated the Sikh community on Baisakhi festival. In their separate messages today, they said the festival gives a message of love, happiness, peace and affection. The President in his message expressed commitment to safeguard the rights of all minorities acknowledging their contributions in development of country. In his message, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said federal and all provincial governments are ensuring provision of all facilities to the Sikh Yatrees who are visiting their religious sites in Pakistan. He said that Pakistan is a beautiful blend of different faiths and culture and the colours of Baisakhi further increases this beauty. It is worth m entioning that Punjabi New Year is celebrated on Baisakhi. The Punjabi people also gather around the first crop of the Rabi season wheat harvesting.
