Sialkot: Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif has emphasized that Pakistan's extended battle against terrorism will persist until the complete eradication of this threat within the country. Speaking at a news conference in Sialkot, he highlighted the ongoing challenges posed by terrorism, which aims to destabilize Pakistan and push it towards economic destruction.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Defence Minister underscored the need for punishing not only the terrorists but also their facilitators. He accused India of supporting terrorism in Balochistan, citing statements from arrested terrorists as evidence. Asif also noted a worrying trend where terrorists are now employing women and children, using indoctrination as a tool in their attacks.
