Wadera Noor Ali Chakarani Surrenders Arms, Pledges Support to Pakistan


Islamabad: In a landmark development for peace and stability in Balochistan, local separatist leader Wadera Noor Ali Chakarani, along with more than one hundred of his companions, surrendered their weapons and announced their decision to join the national mainstream. The group pledged loyalty to the state and the national flag, affirming their support for the provincial government’s initiatives to promote peace, stability, and national unity.



According to Radio Pakistan, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti stated that the government has adopted a policy of reconciliation for those willing to surrender and rejoin the constitutional path. In a statement on X, he mentioned that intelligence-based operations against armed militants are also being conducted simultaneously.



The Chief Minister emphasized that the decision of Wadera Noor Ali Chakrani and more than one hundred of his companions to lay down their arms before the state is an important step toward peace and stability in the region.
