Dazhou: Pakistan’s hockey team defeated Hong Kong 8-0 in their opening match of the U-18 Asia Hockey Cup in Dazhou, China. Pakistan showcased a strong performance in their first match of the tournament, setting a promising tone for their upcoming games.

According to Radio Pakistan, Pakistan is placed in Group A alongside China, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, and Sri Lanka. The team will face Sri Lanka next, followed by matches against Bangladesh on July 8 and China on July 9. The tournament features a total of 11 teams competing for the title.
