Islamabad: Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Attaullah Tarar, has stated that Pakistan's prestige on diplomatic, military, and narrative fronts has increased following its success in Marka-e-Haq. He made these remarks while addressing an event in Islamabad today.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Information Minister emphasized that, in contrast, Pakistan's eastern neighbor is facing isolation and disgrace. He noted that Pakistan's fighter jets and Fatah missiles had reduced the so-called "shining India" to heaps of ashes, asserting that India could not withstand Pakistan's decisive response for more than four hours.
The Minister highlighted that the triumph in Marka-e-Haq is a result of national unity and praised both mainstream and social media for bolstering the national narrative during the conflict with India. He stressed that there would be no compromise on the country's security and dignity, emphasizing that Pakistan's future is bright and the respect the country has earned over the past year will continue to grow.
Attaullah Tarar reiterated Pakistan's role as a frontline state in the war on terrorism and acknowledged the sacrifices made. He contrasted this with India, which he accused of promoting terrorism. He cited the capture of Kulbhushan Jadhav, who remains in Pakistan's custody, as evidence of India's actions. Furthermore, he claimed that Indian terrorism extends beyond Pakistan, targeting Sikhs in Canada and the United States.
