A five-day training camp started in Islamabad today for Pakistan Street Child Football team which is visiting Norway for the world cup. Addressing the opening ceremony of the training camp in Islamabad today, Chairman Prime Minister Youth Program Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan said our street child football team which remained runner up in the Street child Football World Cup last time will return champions this time. He said the camp has been jointly organized by Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination and the Prime Minister's Youth Program and will help field a tuned-up team for the world cup. He said the government will establish sports endowment fund for youth to enable them realize their potential and Prime Minister has accorded approval to it. The Chairman also informed that ten sports academies for basic sports like cricket, hockey, and football will be established across the country this year as per vision of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. He said a state of the art biomechanical lab will also be esta blished to provide students with physical nurturing and world class fitness facilities.
