Islamabad: The three-day training workshop aimed at grooming newly inducted newsreaders of Radio Pakistan concluded at the Pakistan Broadcasting Academy in Islamabad. The workshop focused on enhancing the presentation skills, editorial understanding, ethical standards, and overall professional capabilities of the participants.
According to Radio Pakistan, a number of male and female newsreaders from Islamabad and Rawalpindi took part in the training. The event was designed to equip them with essential skills needed for effective news delivery. Director General of Radio Pakistan, Saeed Ahmed Shaikh, delivered the concluding lecture, emphasizing the importance of staying updated on current affairs to ensure accuracy and confidence in news delivery.
Principal of the Pakistan Broadcasting Academy, Dr. Javed Khattak, expressed gratitude towards the participants and highlighted plans for organizing more such workshops in the future. He emphasized the significance of modern techniques in quality news reading. The event concluded with Saeed Ahmed Shaikh distributing certificates to the participating newsreaders.
