Peshawar: Students from various universities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa currently participating in the 2025 Summer Internship at ISPR visited the historic Bala Hisar Fort in Peshawar. Upon their arrival, they were provided with a comprehensive briefing on the fort's historical significance and the Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa North's contributions to peace and development in the region. According to Radio Pakistan, the Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa North officials thoroughly addressed the students' queries concerning peace, security, and developmental initiatives. During the visit, the students expressed their admiration for the ghazis and martyrs of the Pakistan Army and Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa North. The students exhibited keen interest in the exhibits at the Bala Hisar Museum, which showcased historical periods, martyrs, and cultural artifacts. They described the visit as informative and expressed gratitude to the Pakistan Army and Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa North for facilitating th e experience. As part of their reflections, the students highlighted that the visit offered valuable insights into the Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's dual role in defense as well as in fostering development and prosperity. They noted that the visit provided a practical opportunity to deepen their understanding of the fort's history.
