Islamabad: Acting President Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani met Pir of Luari Sharif Pir Muhammad Sadiq Qureshi in Islamabad today. Speaking on the occasion, the Acting President noted the enduring contribution of Sufi traditions to promoting peace, tolerance, and cohesion in society. He said spiritual leadership has long played a constructive role in strengthening social harmony and encouraging mutual respect across communities.

According to Radio Pakistan, Pir Muhammad Sadiq Qureshi shared his views on the importance of moral values and community welfare. He conveyed his good wishes for the Acting President and expressed prayers for the country's stability and progress.
