Lahore: Punjab Minister for Information Azma Bukhari has announced that Punjab is entering a new era of efficient, transparent, and responsible governance under Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz’s vision of a smart and secure province. Addressing a ceremony in Lahore, Azma Bukhari emphasized the government’s commitment to enhancing citizen empowerment through initiatives like the Chief Minister’s Free WiFi project.
According to Radio Pakistan, Azma Bukhari highlighted the establishment of a virtual police station in Punjab as a significant advancement in the region’s security measures. She stated that the smart safe city project represents a milestone in modern urban security, which will contribute to substantial improvements in crime control across the province.
