Islamabad: Chairman Senate Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has underscored the Senate’s readiness to enhance parliamentary engagement with the Italian Senate and other state institutions. Addressing an event Italian Cuisine Week Gala in Islamabad, he expressed confidence that continued collaboration would deepen democratic cooperation, economic partnership, and cultural understanding.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Chairman Senate also paid tribute to the Pakistani diaspora in Italy, recognizing their positive contributions and their important role in strengthening people-to-people connections between the two nations.
