North Waziristan: Four Khwarij were killed in two separate engagements in North Waziristan District today. According to Radio Pakistan, an intelligence-based operation was conducted by the Security Forces in the Spinwam area of North Waziristan. During the operation, troops effectively engaged the terrorists' location, resulting in two Khwarij being killed after an intense exchange of fire. In a separate incident, security forces detected a group of Khwarij attempting to infiltrate the Pakistan-Afghanistan border in the general area of Spinwam, North Waziristan. The forces successfully thwarted the infiltration attempt, killing two more Khwarij and injuring two. Sanitization operations are ongoing to eliminate any remaining Khwarij in the area. The Security Forces of Pakistan are determined to secure the borders and eliminate terrorism from the country.
