Islamabad: An inaugural ceremony related to the King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz's Iftar and Khajoor Program was held in Islamabad today. Under the program, dates will be distributed among the deserving people in different parts of the country. Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousaf and Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki were the chief guests on the occasion.
According to Radio Pakistan, addressing the ceremony, the Minister expressed gratitude to Saudi Arabia for such a gift for the deserving people of the country. He remarked that the hearts of the people of both countries beat together and such initiatives are a testament that Khadim Al-Haramain Al-Sharifain have great love and respect for the people of Pakistan. Sardar Muhammad Yousaf also commended Ambassador Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki's role to further solidify brotherly relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
