Salik Hussain Inaugurates Five Workers’ Hospitals in Balochistan

Pishin: Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development Chaudhry Salik Hussain has formally inaugurated five state-of-the-art workers' hospitals in Balochistan. He inaugurated these hospitals during his visit to the province.

According to Radio Pakistan, the fully equipped 25-bed workers' hospitals have been established in Pishin, Dalbandin, Nokundi, Chamalang, and Muslim Bagh. Addressing the inaugural ceremony in Pishin, Chaudhry Salik Hussain stated that these hospitals will provide safe, dignified, and free medical facilities to industrial and mining workers. He further clarified that the general public will also benefit from free medical facilities.

The Minister emphasized that the welfare of the workers of Balochistan is a top priority for the government. He assured that the Federal Government will continue to take all possible measures for their health, safety, dignity, and welfare.

Earlier, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was also signed between the Balochistan Health Department and the Workers Welfare Fund. The ceremony was attended by Provincial Minister Noor Muhammad Dummar, Labour Advisor Balochistan Sardar Ghulam Rasool Umrani, Federal Secretary Nadeem Aslam Chaudhry, Secretary Workers Welfare Fund Zulfiqar Ahmed, and other senior officials of the Government of Balochistan.
