Convener All Parties Hurriyat Conference (AJK Chapter) Ghulam Muhammad Safi has urged the international community to take notice of New Delhi's gross human rights violations in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu Kashmir (IIOJK). In an exclusive interview with Radio Pakistan on Youm-e-Istehsal-e-Kashmir, he said abrogation of Article 370 on August 5, 2019 by India is an attempt to alter the demographics of the formerly Muslim-majority state. Ghulam Muhammad Safi also highlighted the systematic marginalization of various minority communities who are being denied their fundamental rights and freedoms. He urged global leaders to take decisive action to pressurize India to cease its brutal suppression of dissent and permit the Kashmiri people to decide their own future. Ghulam Muhammad Safi affirmed that the struggle of the Kashmiris will continue till the end of Indian occupation and the realization of their right to self-determination. He also praised Radio Pakistan for its role in advancing the cause of K ashmir. Source: Radio Pakistan
