Islamabad: A reception was organized in honour of the winners of the International Qirrat Competition 2025 in Karachi today. Sindh Minister for Auqaf, Religious Affairs, Zakat and Ushr Department Riaz Hussain Shah Sheerazi graced the occasion as the chief guest.

According to Radio Pakistan, the distinguished Qaris, who secured top positions in the competition, presented soulful recitations of the Holy Quran. Their recitations received appreciation from all participants. Riaz Hussain Shah Sheerazi lauded the Qaris for their outstanding performance.

Joint Secretary Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Ahmed Nadeem Khan and Secretary Auqaf Sindh Mureed Rahimon also attended the event.
