Lahore: Punjab government has completed the outsourcing process of more than eleven thousand schools. This was disclosed during a meeting presided over by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz in Lahore on Sunday.
According to Radio Pakistan, Maryam Nawaz lauded the tireless efforts of Punjab Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat on the outstanding enrollment of 1.1 million children under the Punjab Education Foundation. She directed the School Management Council to provide all necessary facilities at schools across the province within three months.
The Chief Minister set a goal for Spoken English Training for five hundred thousand children at government-run schools through English trainers. She also directed the expansion of the School Meal Program to other districts and tehsils, alongside the establishment of Nawaz Sharif School of Excellence for girls and boys in every district.
