Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has reiterated the government's commitment to promoting national sports particularly hockey across the province. Talking to the national hockey team's players in Lahore, she assured full support for the betterment of hockey. She praised the hockey players for reviving the national game. She directed the Provincial Minister for Sports Faisal Ayub to maintain contact with the players for the promotion of hockey in the province.
