Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz formally launched the second phase of Lahore Development Plan today. Chairing a meeting in Lahore, she stated that no compromise will be made on the standard of the Lahore development plan.

According to Radio Pakistan, Maryam Nawaz emphasized that no delay will be tolerated regarding the completion of the Lahore Development Plan phase two. She assured that every corner of Lahore city will be made bright and respectable for citizens to live in.

During the meeting, the Chief Minister was briefed that under the plan, 6,284 streets of Lahore city will be completely upgraded by the end of June next year.
