Punjab: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has directed authorities to tighten security measures across the province during the holy month of Ramadan. In a statement, she ordered foolproof security arrangements for mosques, Imambargahs, and other places of worship.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Chief Minister emphasized the importance of ensuring the safety and security of worshippers during this period. She instructed law enforcement agencies to remain vigilant and increase their presence in sensitive areas to prevent any untoward incidents. The directive aims to create a secure environment for citizens to observe the holy month peacefully.
