Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have paid tribute to the Pakistan Air Force for its performance throughout its professional history. In their separate messages on Pakistan Air Force Day, they expressed pride in the Air Force's capability, professional prowess, and dominance in aerial conflicts over the decades.

According to Radio Pakistan, President Asif Ali Zardari highlighted the decisive role the Pakistan Air Force played in Marka-e-Haq, in collaboration with sister services, delivering a significant impact that surprised the world. He praised the Air Force for its achievements and contributions to national defense.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, in his message, recalled the resolve and passion of Pakistan Air Force aviators during September 1965, which led to their victory in safeguarding the aerial frontiers of Pakistan. He extended his wishes for the continued success and progress of the Pakistan Air Force, acknowledging its critical role in the nation's security.
