Dera Ghazi Khan: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have lauded the police for eliminating four terrorists during a successful operation in Dera Ghazi Khan. In their separate statements, they appreciated the bravery and professionalism displayed by police officers and personnel in the line of duty.

According to Radio Pakistan, President Zardari termed the action as a significant step towards restoring lasting peace and defeating terrorism. He reaffirmed the nation’s unwavering resolve to eradicate terrorism and stated that operations by Pakistan’s security forces against such elements will continue until complete peace is achieved. He expressed encouragement over the successful operations conducted by Pakistan’s security forces against terrorists.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, in his remarks, emphasized that the entire nation stands united in the fight against terrorism and vowed to continue this struggle until the menace is completely wiped out. He praised the police officers and personnel for thwarting the terrorists’ plans through a timely and successful operation.
