President Asif Ali Zardari has directed the conferment of the Hilal-e-Imtiaz civil award upon Pakistani athlete Arshad Nadeem in recognition of his outstanding performance in the Olympics. In accordance with the President's directives, the President's House has written a letter to the Cabinet Division to facilitate this honour. The President has commended Arshad Nadeem for making the nation proud through his exceptional achievement in sports.
