Abu dhabi: President Asif Ali Zardari has arrived in Abu Dhabi on a four-day official visit to the United Arab Emirates. The President was received at the Presidential Flight Terminal of Zayed International Airport by UAE Minister of Justice Abdullah bin Sultan bin Awad Al Nuaimi.
According to Radio Pakistan, First Lady Begum Aseefa Bhutto Zardari and Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi are accompanying the President during the visit. Pakistan's Ambassador to the UAE, Shafqat Ali Khan, was also present on the occasion. The visit will continue until the 29th of this month.
Later, President Asif Ali Zardari held a meeting with UAE Minister of Justice Abdullah bin Sultan bin Awad Al Nuaimi at the Presidential Flight Terminal. During his stay, President Zardari will meet with UAE leadership to review all aspects of bilateral relations.
The meetings will focus on trade, economic cooperation, defense, security, and the promotion of people-to-people ties. The President's visit highlights the spirit of brotherly relations and the commitment to partnership between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates.
