Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif have expressed deep grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of police personnel in the firing incidents in Lakki Marwat and Bannu districts. In their statements, they paid tribute to the martyred police personnel.

According to Radio Pakistan, the President and Prime Minister emphasized that the entire nation is proud of the police and security forces for their services and sacrifices in establishing law and order. They prayed for the eternal peace of the martyred and extended their condolences to the bereaved families.
