Islamabad: Preparations are in full swing across the country to celebrate the Independence Day of Pakistan and the victory in Marka-e-Haq in a befitting manner. Buildings are being decorated with national flags, buntings, and lights, as citizens gear up to commemorate these significant events.
According to Radio Pakistan, the enthusiasm surrounding this year’s Independence Day celebrations has been heightened by Pakistan’s success against India in the operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos under Marka-e-Haq. This victory has inspired people to display national flags on their vehicles and rooftops, turning the streets into a sea of green and white.
Stalls selling national flags, buntings, caps, and children’s clothing in themed colors have been set up at markets and along roadsides throughout the country. In addition to these decorations, various social, cultural, and government organizations have planned special events to mark the occasion.
Additionally, Radio Pakistan has scheduled special programs to further enhance the celebratory spirit and ensure that every corner of the country is involved in these nationwide festivities.
