Madina: Post-Hajj flight operation to bring back Pakistani pilgrims is continuing smoothly. Radio Pakistan’s Correspondent, Abdul Rehman Cheema, reports from Madina that first PIA flight PK-7030 carrying over 300 Hujjaj from the holy city has left for Lahore. The flight is scheduled to land at 22:20 Pakistan Standard Time (PST).
According to Radio Pakistan, Director Pakistan Hajj Mission in Madinah, Zia ur Rehman, stated that all efforts are afoot for smooth transportation of the guests of Allah to their homeland. He mentioned that a total of 48,747 Hujjaj will be airlifted from Madinah via 154 flights, with the last flight PK-7094 scheduled to depart for Islamabad on the 10th of the next month.
Zia-ur-Rehman highlighted that 100 percent of the pilgrims are accommodated in Markaziyyah hotels, located just a 5-minute walk from Masjid al-Nabawi (SAWW). He also noted that Moavineen (Hajj supporting staff) are fully supporting pilgrims with online registrations for access to Riazul Jannah and providing necessary guidance within Masjid al-Nabawi (SAWW).
