Islamabad: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar emphasized that the PML-N has consistently focused on the politics of service, progress, and development. Addressing a gathering of divisional, district, and tehsil-level youth coordinators of the PML-N in Islamabad, he highlighted that the economy has seen improvement over the past year due to the government’s initiatives. He mentioned that inflation has decreased and electricity prices have been reduced. Furthermore, international agencies are acknowledging the country’s favorable economic direction.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Information Minister reiterated the government’s commitment to completely eradicate terrorism from the country. During the same event, Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, announced that the funding for the PM Youth loan program has been increased from eighty billion rupees to two hundred billion rupees. He stated that interest-free loans will be made available to help the youth become self-reliant.

Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan added that a national youth employment policy is in the process of being developed. He noted that the government is also concentrating on enhancing the technical and vocational training available to young people.
