PMD Predicts Rain-Snow in Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan, and Kashmir

Islamabad: Rain and snow are expected in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan, and Kashmir, while the rest of the country is likely to experience cold and dry weather over the next twelve hours.

According to Radio Pakistan, moderate to dense fog is expected to persist over Punjab, upper Sindh, and the plain areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Morning temperatures in major cities were recorded as follows: Islamabad at six degrees centigrade, Lahore at eight, Karachi at seventeen, Peshawar and Quetta at five, Gilgit and Murree at zero, and Muzaffarabad at four degrees centigrade.

The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir predicts partly cloudy and very cold weather in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula, with cold and foggy conditions in Jammu. Morning temperatures in the region were recorded at minus-one degree centigrade in Srinagar, Pulwama, and Shopian, seven in Jammu, minus-ten in Leh, and zero degrees in Anantnag and Baramula.
