Islamabad: Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. However, partly cloudy weather is anticipated in Kashmir and adjoining hilly areas with chances of rain and thunderstorms at isolated places during the evening and night.
According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature of major cities recorded this morning was as follows: Islamabad and Karachi at twenty-six degrees centigrade, Lahore at twenty-seven, Peshawar at twenty-eight, Quetta at twenty-one, and Gilgit and Murree at sixteen, while Muzafarabad recorded twenty-five degrees centigrade.
The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir indicates partly cloudy and dry conditions expected in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula, while Jammu is likely to experience hot and dry weather. The temperatures recorded this morning were Srinagar, Anantnag, and Baramula at eighteen degrees centigrade, Jammu at twenty-six, Leh at eight, and Pulwama and Shopian at seventeen degrees centigrade.
