PMD Predicts Dry Weather Across Most Regions


Islamabad: Dry weather is expected over most parts of the country, while cold conditions are anticipated in hilly areas during the next twelve hours. Smog and shallow fog patches may develop during the morning and night over a few plain areas of Punjab.



According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature recorded this morning in major cities was nine degrees centigrade in Islamabad, Peshawar, and Muzaffarabad, sixteen in Lahore, nineteen in Karachi, two in Quetta and Gilgit, and seven in Murree.



The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir indicates cold and dry conditions in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula, while dry weather is expected in Jammu. The temperatures recorded this morning were three degrees centigrade in Srinagar, Pulwama, and Shopian, ten in Jammu, minus-five in Leh, and four in Anantnag and Baramula.
