Sialkot: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif visited the residence of Amir-e-Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadith Professor Sajid Mir in Sialkot to offer condolences upon his demise. Commiserating with the bereaved family, the Prime Minister prayed for the departed soul.

According to Radio Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif expressed that Sajid Mir was a visionary political figure and religious scholar, whose demise has created a vacuum in Pakistan’s political landscape that may never be filled. The Prime Minister highlighted that Sajid Mir consistently raised his voice against extremism and sectarianism, marking a significant chapter in his political and religious contributions.

Furthermore, the Prime Minister also paid a visit to the residence of Former Provincial Assembly Member and PML-N Leader Late Chaudhry Arshad Warraich in Sialkot. During his visit, he extended his condolences and prayed for the departed soul.
