Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has expressed his gratitude to overseas Pakistanis for sending $3.4 billion in remittances in October, marking an 11.9% increase.

According to Radio Pakistan, in a statement, the Prime Minister emphasized that the gradual increase in remittances reflects the trust of overseas Pakistanis in the government’s policies. He acknowledged the dedication of overseas Pakistanis who contribute to the nation’s economy with their hard-earned money, referring to them as a valuable asset.
