PM Shehbaz Sharif Performs Umrah with Pakistani Delegation in Saudi Arabia


Makkah: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, along with a Pakistani delegation, performed Umrah and offered Nawafil in Khana Kaaba on Thursday night.



According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi. The visit to Saudi Arabia was part of a two-day official trip at the invitation of Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman.



During the visit, the door of Khana Kaaba was opened specially for the Prime Minister and his delegation. The Prime Minister expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah for the victory in Operation Bunyanum-Marsoos and Marka-e-Haq against India.



Shehbaz Sharif offered prayers of thanks for the achievements in economic stability and public welfare of Pakistan. He also prayed for the development and prosperity of the nation, as well as for the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Palestine, and the broader Muslim Ummah.
