PM in Azerbaijan to Represent Pakistan at 17th ECO Summit


Shusha: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has arrived in Shusha for a two-day official visit to Azerbaijan to attend the 17th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization.



According to Radio Pakistan, upon his arrival at Fuzuli Airport in Shusha, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif was warmly received by Azerbaijan’s Minister of Culture, Adil Karimli, along with Azerbaijani Ambassador to Pakistan Khazar Farhadov, Pakistan’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan Qasim Mohiuddin, and senior diplomatic and government officials. The Prime Minister is accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Syed Tariq Fatemi.



During the visit, the Prime Minister will attend and address the ECO Summit, which is being held in Khankendi, Azerbaijan. Additionally, he is scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with other world leaders who are participating in the summit.
