Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has extended warm congratulations to Prime Minister of Malaysia, Anwar Ibrahim, on his unopposed re-election as President of People’s Justice Party (Parti Keadilan Rakyat).

According to Radio Pakistan, in a statement on social media platform X, Prime Minister Sharif expressed that Anwar Ibrahim’s enduring leadership continues to inspire democratic values in the region.

The Prime Minister also highlighted the cherished brotherly ties between Pakistan and Malaysia and wished Anwar Ibrahim continued success in his leadership role.
