Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the demise of former Chief Secretary Punjab and renowned bureaucrat Javed Mehmood. In a condolence message from Makkah, he commiserated with the bereaved family and prayed the Almighty Allah to grant higher status in heaven to the departed soul.
